| 21 | Material and labour for water proofing treatment to efflorescence effected area of walls complete all as specified and directed comprises as under :-(i) Clean the surface to remove loose particles or any efflorescence on bricks.(ii) Application of Silane Siloxane based water repellent coating FOSROC NNITOCOTE SN 522 (or equivalent of SIKA/Berger/Asian Paints/Pdilite Dr Fixit ) by evenly spraying or brushing (coverage approx 7 sqm per ltr of NITOCOTE SN 522) ,before plastering/tiling etc complete as per manufacturer's instructions .Note :- Plastering including taking down shall be measured and paid for seperately. |
