Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30kg per sqm (zero point five to zero point three zero Kilogram per Square Meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads, lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing laying and rolling of close graded Mix Seal Surfacing material of 24mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.9mm (Thirteen point milimeter to zero point nine milimeter) (Type-B) or 13.2mm @ 0.338 kg/per ten square meter(Thirteen Milimeter at the rate zero point three three eight kilograme per ten Square Meter) aggregate using penetration grade bitumen @ i.e Binders content @23.75 kg/10sqm (at the rate of twenty three point seven five kilograme per ten Equare meter) or 5.11% (five point one one percent)by weight and minimum density of MSS should 2.10 gm/cc (two point one zero gram per cubic centimeter) to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with three wheel 8-10KN static roller and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specification clause 509 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials. 14 manual Mas as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
