| 9 | Cement board partiition: Supplying and fiixing 8 mm thick cement partition with framework of 50mmX0.5mm GI studs and floor channel sections of preferred make fixed with self drilling or self tapping screws. Screws shalll be counter sunk rib head of 1.6mm to 4mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45mm, joints should be covered using mesh tape after filling the groove using silicon compound of 2 to 3mm thick. Joints should be finished with fibre tape and putty. Rate includes screws, scaffolding, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, all other incidentals etc. complete. Suitable support using 12 mm thick plywood shall be provided for fixing the TV unit to the wall. Board should be finished with putty & paint finish. (GI sections can be changed to higher sections having same or greater thickness to suit site conditions). |

Rate includes making provision for fixing light fixtures and trap doors with locking arrangements.Frame work include: G.I perimeter channel (Size 20x27x30x0.50mm), G.I intermediate channels (Size 15x45x15x0.90mm), G.I ceiling angle (Size 25x10x0.50mm), G.I cleat (Size 27x37x25x1.60mm thick), ceiling section (size 80x26x0.50mm), dash fastener 12.5mm dia 40/50mm long with 6mm dia bolt, connecting clips made of 2.64mm dia x230mm long GI wire. The boards are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which include filling and finished the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tape and two coats of primer suitable for gypboard. Rate quoted will be inclusive of scaffolding, staging at all levels, putty and 2 coats painting, scaffolding and staging at all levels.(GI sections can be changed to higher sections having same or greater thickness to suit site conditions). Ceiling tiles are tegular edged calcium silicate ceiling tiles of size 595x595x15mmtk.
