The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account,filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding .The recovery for stones ,whether usefule or not for 413.69 cum. (Four hundred Thirteen point sixty nine Cubic Metre) in all cases, @ Rupees 300/= only (Rupees three Hundred ) at the rate of Rs 300/-only (Rupees three hundred only ) per cubic meter shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor ,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. |
