a)Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Dual Solarised submersible/Horizontal Cetrifugal pump set to be installed in dugwell compiling with all relevant standards/Certifications of IS, IS0, IEC, BIS etc having the manufacturer of SPV modules empanelled under latest ALMM of MNRE.The complete job includes. b)Solar PV modules in mono crystalline (Minimum 960 Wp per HP) as per MNRE/IEC specifications with replacement Warranty of 5 years and 80% output of solar panels at the end of 25 years. (As per technical specifications) c)Controller/VFD of suitable capacity operatable on both solar and grid supply with voltage range of 30-300 VDC with inbuilt change over between Solar and Grid as per the technical specification of VFD.Replacement warranty of five years. d)Submersible pump with motor complete set (Kirloskar/ KSB/Crompton/Wilo make) having ISI certified brands with proven track record in government irrigation or solar pump projects preferebaly in Ladakh.The multi-stage sumersible/openwell pump shall be fitted with suitably designed Impellers for handling clean and contaminated river water. The submersible motor shall be water cooled. (As per technical specification of Solar Submersibe/ Openwell Pump set). Replacement warranty of 5 years for complete pump set.(1+1 Standby) e)Mounting structure complete. (PG/Hot dip Galvanized IS 4759) f)Cables of suitable type and conductor size, as per PV array current, shall be provided from the PV array to VFD and from VFD to motor. Submersible cable of 10 sq.mm (minimum) shall be supplied along with suitable safety ropes for pump installation. g)Column pipes of GI in 3 mtr length to be joined by sealing and jointing materials and diameter not less than delivery of Pumps including bends, nipples,NRV and MS pipe clamps etc as per site requirement. h)Earthing as per 3043 for motor and SPV Array. A lightning arrester shall also be provided with SPV array. i) All civil, electrical and mechanical works including concrete foundations for pump set/concrete covering around the borewell , leveling of ground for mounting structures,transpotaion charges to make the system functional and sustainable. j)Installation, testing, and commissioning of the pump set along with column pipes in borewell/dugwell shall be carried out, and the pump curve chart shall also be provided. k)CMC Charges: The Comprehensive Maintenance Contract shall include servicing & replacement guarantee for parts and components such as Pump set, VFD/Controller, PV modules and other hardware of Solar water Lifting System for five years from the date of installation.The date of CMC maintenance period shall begin on the date of actual completion and testing of Solar water Lifting System.
