Name of Work:- R&MO U/G Cable & G.S Pillars in South of Kartavya Path Area.Sub-Head:- Rate Contract for electrical and civil repairing of G.S Pillars of different sizes in NDMC area for Three Years.Note: Year wise Breakup of the estimated Quantity1. In first year 35% of the entire work amounting to Rs. 1,30,53,250/- shall be executed.2. In second year 35% of the entire work amounting to Rs. 1,30,53,250/- shall be executed.3. Repairing/making of Plinth of size 1.52 x 0.30 x 0.75 Mtr. for G.S. Pillars (Big Size, 1.22 x 1.76 x 0.50 Mtr.) by executing any or all of the following under noted scope of works (as per site requirement).(a) Excavation of ground soil including removing surplus malba & cleaning of trench etc.(b) Bricks work with F.P.S Bricks of \\"B\\" class designation and cement mortar with ratio1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand).(c) Plastering work of foundation of GS Pillars by 12mm Cement plaster of mixture of ration 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine Sand) on all visible inside & outside plinth.(d) Outer Plinth painted with white snowcem.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats) including writing work.

Supplying and Fixing of MS Apron Plat 300mm x 1200mm on the existing pillars with nut bolt/welding work complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Supplying and Fixing of MS Apron Plat 300mm x 900mm on the existing pillars with nut bolt/welding work complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixig of heavy duty hinges of size 120x120x4mm (Approx) with proper welding for fixing of doors with existing pillars after removing of doors from existing arrangement and alignment as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Almirah Type locking arrangement with 12mm MS Rod and Handle alongwith following scope of work:-(a) Dismantling/Removing of existing non working locking arrangement.(b) Removing of existing pad lock and refixing of pad lock after repairing with making single key locking arrangement for fixing of new similar pad lock.(c) All other associated welding/Alignment work and supplying of material as per site requirement for proper working of Doors with locking arrangement.
