Replacement of Upper & Lower rotating Labyrinth and any repair required as per template,scope of work and technical requirement in Annexure B. Drawing No. HINUR2 20MEALD32201 Rev B.

HP-HVOF coating of Runner as per TS (Annexure-C) , coating thickness -250-300 micron, Hardness -1100 Hv or higher. Smoothness -6 Ra or better, Porosity- Lessthan 1%. Bond Strength-10000 PSI or better, Particle velocity-700 m/sec or higher.

P&F, Transportation charges for runner, spare lower and upper rotating labyrinth from Uri-II Power station to firm's workshop and back to power house.However, the transportation charges shall be paid as per actual on the submision of documentary evidence.
