| 1 | Attending the daily complaints pertaining to ACs/ water coolers/ Refrigerator/ Deep freezer and Desert coolers any size / make which includes the following (i) Checking elect circuit, tightning of loose elect connection including internal circuit of plant and ensure the functioning of the qequipment. Note :- (i) Spare parts if any required shall be measuread and paid separetely as supply only. (ii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging, leak testing which are mentioned as Supply and Fixing/ Material and labour (iii) Work against entire quantity shall be completed within fixed schedule to be decided by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) All the plants shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation. (v) The deployed tradesman shall have technical qualified / experience in the field and necessary documentary proof shall be produced by the contractor. (vi) For non attendance of complaints within 24 Hrs, penal charges @ Rs 1000 per complaint per day shall be charged. (vi) Thorough care/ protection of PCB plate shall be kept to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning. (vii) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost. (viii) Each complaint shall be measured and paid separately as each job. (ix) The technician must have the minimum qualification of ITI in Refg & AC from Recognize institute of Govt Approved (x) The technician will be report to obtain the complaints at 0900 hrs daily in working day at MES complaint cell and will give the feedback / report of done complaints daily in working day at 1700 hrs to Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Repair maintenence of window type Air conditioner/split type air conditioner of 1.5/2.0 ton, water cooler/ refrigerator/ deep freezer and desert cooler of any capacity any make any size which include the following :- (i) Taking out the entire unit from the window after unscrewing front cover, packing material, ply or any type of front cover, (ii) Servicing/cleaning the entire unit with elect blower and cleaning with collin or equivalent agent .(iii) Testing and refixing complete all as directed NOTE :-(i) Spare parts if any reqd shall be measuread and paid separetely as Supply only.(ii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging , leak testing etc mentioned as S & F/ M & L. (iii) Work against entire qty shall be completed in summer season as directed (iv) All the plants shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation . (v) Penal charges @ 1000 per plant per day shall be charged for not following the schedule. (vi) Through care / protection of PCB plate shall be kept to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning .(vii) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost .(viii) Each service shall be measured and paid separetly as each job |
| 3 | Taking out unserviceable sealed unit compressor from existing window type/ split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 ton of any make and Supply and fixing new hermetically sealed unit compressor of existing type / make Toshiba/ Carrier/ Kirloskar/ Tecumseh/Whirlpool as per existing make as approved by GE including cleaning & painting the base plate and charging of refrigerant R-410 gas to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | All as per item 03 here-in-before but of capacity 2.0 ton. NOTE for serial item No 3 & 4 : (i) Regrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.(ii) New compressor shall be brought at site in original packing of manufacturer with complete details of compressor.(iii) New Compressor shall be procured from OEM's authorised dealer/ distributor. Invoice with test certificate shall be produced. |
