| 1 | Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the Contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The removal of slips during the construction period shall be responsibility of the contractor.( Recovery of stone to the tune of 34.47 cum ( Rupees thirty four paise forty seven per cubic metre ) quantity at the rate of 300 ( Three hundred )/- per cubic metre be effected from the contrctor's running bills on prorata basis as per actual quantity executed) The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. The rates for excavation item worked out after deduction of recovery of useful stone as per DPR. |
| 2 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 3 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures,R/Wall/B/wall including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. | 4 | Providing and Laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to full height compacted to firm condition completeas per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked VECTUS /FINOLAX P.V.C. pipe ( working pressure not less then 4 Kg per square cm) Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 6 | Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from Borrow Pits of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawing including spreading the embankment material with motor grader in successive layers of 200mm (two hundred millimetre) uniforms thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne static weight to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 7 | Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawing including spreading the embankment material with motor grader in successive layers of 200mm (two hundred millimetre) uniforms thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne static weight to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 8 | Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, as per table 401spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 9 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN (eighty to one hundred kilonewton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and M.O.R.D.Technical Specification Section 400 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( One kilogram) per square metre weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals .The rates is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 11 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion RS-I of IOCL/BPCL/HPCL, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 12 | Providing and laying 30mm(Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 IPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,Grade VG-30 (VG - Thirty of IOCL/BPCL/HPCL)@5.5 (five point five)percent of mixed and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,ensuring required temprature before laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled static, vibratory & tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Technical specification clause 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineerin-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 16 | Providing and laying in position Tor steel/ reinforcement in Super-Structures of TATA TISCON /SAIL/JINDAL-PANTHER/ SHAYAM steel make of thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work complete as per drawing and MORD 1000 and 1400 including cutting , bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion upto any floor level and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. | 17 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1400 using Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 Kgs(Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and like structures , etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
