Submission of draft tender papers including calculations for price variation indices (viz. K1,K2,K3 etc). |
| 2 | Deploying & carrying out Axle Load Survey andAutomated Traffic Count and Clasification system on road (One lane ) in both directions at designated traffic count post by using High Definition camera, collecting the non editabledtat in DVR system with necesasary electronic and electrical arrangements or invertors of required capacity , classification of the data as per vehicle category as required with the help of software and submitting the reports to the concerned department in hard copies as well as in soft copies, including using necessary technical manpower etc. complete B) Extra charges to be paid for every additional lane (if required) |
| 3 | Preparation of the Detailed Project Report of raised Causeway/ slab culvert / Minor bridge in the NRIDA templates including taking L section of existing road and two defined cross sections, (one on upstream side and one on downstream side), one virgin cross section on alternate proposed location cross sections and bed slope of stream upto sufficiently long distance as required with chain and compass, Taking three trial pits of size 1.00 x 1.00 x 3.00 m for collecting samples of materials at site for ascertaining the silt factor, unit weight test, specific gravity from Govt. approved laboratories (testing charges to be borne by the DPR Consultant) and preparation of detailed survey data, verifcation of availability of land for bridge proper and approaches, submission of the project duly typed and colouring of the drawings/ ammonia prints, site plan and other drawings etc. complete, scrutiny, updating and approval of General Arrangement Drawings, if required from Designs Circle/ Proof consultant/ the Department, including assistance during scrutiny at concerned technical authority and correcting/ updating accordingly, filling + updating the requisite information of DPR online on department’s respective website from time to time, Submission of 5 copies, ammonia prints, with colouring of plans, proper filing, indexing & paging and all types of compliance, if required from departments. | 7 | Preparation of Community Participation Plan (CPP), Environmental Mangagement Plan (EMP), Road Safety Audit (RSA) & Socioeconomic Survey as guidelines of Asian Development Bank (ADB)/ Financial Insitute for MMGSY/ PMGSY Works (Excluding Technical DPR as per SBD of Empanelment) Submission of the letter through the Executive Engineer, MRRDA to the concerned Grampanchyat, spreading awareness of the project and importance of transect walk amongst the people of the village, fixup suitable time for consultation and transect walk, including the travel to the site. Arranging the meeting in presence of the representative of MRRDA and sharing the information of the project to the public with the help of MRRDA resprentative. Conducting the transect walk along with the villagers, respresentative of MRRDA and concerned officials of the Grampanchyat, noting down all the details of transect walk including suggestions/ grievances and other demands regarding the road construction, preparing transect walk document. Taking out the necessary photographs of the consultation and the site inspection including the cost of travelling, and other misc. items. To Exercise all due deligence, expected by the ADB in the matter of CPP, EMP, RSA, Socio Economics and Transport Economics including submission of all the nescessary data. Assisting to the MRRDA in the approval of the Project document, attending the meetings at concerned regional headquarters or at Mumbai as per the directives of the engineer in charge of MRRDA. Preparation of Report comprising of Social aspects, Road Safety Audit and environmental aspects of the project including executive summary and detailed chapters on necessity and introduction of project, giving information of existing details and future development, summary of available land width, justifications to the suggestions of the Public, key points of execution, salient features of the project and various check lists required as per ADB Guidelines and as directed by engineer in charge and submitting the same in 3 copies having attractive cover and binding as directed by engineer in charge etc. complete. Obtaining approval from Social SafegardSpecalist, Road Safety Expert and Envirnonmental Expert and submitting the complete document including all forms and formats with comprehensive Community Participation Plan (CPP), Road Safety Audit (RSA) and Environmental Safeguard according to the ADB Guidelines.
