The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF, bottom of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board 5 mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mm X 35 mm. A horizontal support of size 30mmX 20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members.The overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF. The top of the stool shall be of 12 mm thick plywood openable shown in drg. |
| 3 | Bin linen Multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09)Overall size shall be of 1000mm long, 380mm wide and 760mm high. Bottom rest shall be made of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board(one side) and shall be 900mm long and 280mm wide and 75mm hih joined together in long and short sides. Multipurpose bin linen shall be placed over it. The bin shall be 1000mm long, 380mm wide and 385mm high. Back side shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 1000mm long and 685mm high. Sides shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 380mm wide and 685mm high. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 1000mm long and 380mm wide. A vertical partition shall be provided at 400mm from inner face of left hand side which shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. A shelf shall be provided in the middle of left portion which shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board and shall remain uncovered. Two drawers and a cupboard shall be provided on the right hand side. of the bin. Bottom, sides, back and front of drawers shall be of 12mm thick pre-laminated partcle board. The partition between the drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. Front shutter of cupboard shall be hinged with continuous piano type hing and shall be side hung. The shutter shall have eight vertical slots of 19mm width and 180mm high with gap of 19mm made in the center of the shutter. The shutter shall be provided with 100mm long mild steel powder coated handle and ball spring catch as shown on drawing. 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 543 mm long and 40mm wide shall be provided as base support in the front under the drawers. Teak wood bearers two numbers shall be of 20mmx20mm in section and fixed to drawers. Teak wood bearers two numbers shall be of 20mmx20mm in section and fixed to drawers on the outer sides in such a way that it rns smoothly over the beares fixed on the the sides of the partitions of the bin. A handle shall be fixed in the center of the each drawer with 100mm long powder coated mild steel. All front edges of pre-laminated particle bd shall be fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The shutter shall have 4mm thick teak wood edging all round its edges. All exposed surfaces of teak wood shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. ON right hand side top of bin an abestos sheet plain shall be provided which shall be 6mm thick and 230mm. |
| 4 | CHAIR EASY (FD-229)DIMENSION: Oveall size shall be 510 mm long, 575 mm wide and 720mm high.DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be first class teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mmX 55mm in section and 355 mm high up to seat level. Rear lgs shall be of 30mmX55mm in section and 30mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mm X 55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawings. Front back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear. Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mm X 55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmX100mm in section of 60mmX1000mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmX100mm in section joined toghether by vertical side rails of 30mmX25mm in section teak wood to form the frame. Canning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6 gm in ten running meters. Canning shall be done in godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmX25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs.FINISH: all wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. |

Two horizontal back rests 45mmX15mm in section. ONe at 25mm from top of legs and other at 45 mm from bottom of the top horizontal rails shall be provided out of 45mmX35mm wood made slightly in curvedshape . Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick of shah or premier brand cane weighing not less than 6gms per ten running metre.The weaving shall be done GOdrej pattern.Hard rubber/PVC rings 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. The base shall be 100mmX75mmXand 280mm long. The bottom rifle boardings shall be of 40mm thick and 305mm wide made of sheesham wood fixed to base with screws with 20 notch to suit the butt of rifle. The size of each notch shall not be less than 55mmX140mm. The upper rifle boardings shall be of 40mm thick and 110mm wide made of sheesham wood fixed to upright post 15mm deep. The upper boardings shall be provided with bracket out of 90X90X75mm fixed. The size of each notch shall not be less than 55mm X 140mm and 25mmX 3mm flat iron stays fixed with 10mm dia bolts, nut and washers shall be provided to each upright.FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high lacquer finish and steel portion shall be painted in black two coats after applying one coat of primer. |

Another 20mm x20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side bd in such a way the the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. the shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided alround the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelvesh shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. ON all visible front edges of pre-laminated particle bd/MDF bd shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Top of legs shall be joined toghether in long and short sides with 32mm sq mild steel tube. Two short stiffeners of 32mm mild sq steel tube shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs in short sides. Drawers shall be provided at right hand side of the table with locking arrangement, the drawer and bearer for drawer shall be made of 1mm thick MS sheet. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided for legs. The top of the table shall be of 40mm thick 2nd class hard wood shisham/sal wood and shall be given with three coats of 1sr class oil paint over a coat of primer.Two coat sunthetic enamel paint colour OG shall be painted over a coat of primer on steel frame. | 21 | CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-359)All as shown or drawing.The legs on both sides of chair shall be of 20mm dia mild steel conduit of well thickness as 1.6mm made to shape as shown on drawings. The width at bottom of legs in sides shall be 600mm at seat portion the width shall be 405mm. The frame of legs shall be joined in front with 10mm dia mild steel rod welded to legs at 75mm below the bottom of front portion of seat.The frame of legs shall be in one piece. The seat and back rest shall be made of one piece. The width of seat between the legs shall be 460mm. The top of back rest shall be 760mm from bottom of legs. The front of seat shall be at 35mm high and back of seat shall be 300mm highfrom bottom of legs. Two horizontals of 20mm dia mild steel tube of wall thickness as 1.6mm shall be provided one at the rear of seat and other at bottom of back rest over which nylon cane shall be woven as shown on drawing. 3 mm thick flat iron plate shall be welded at the bottom of all legs. Canning shall be done with 4 mm wide cane in mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the seat, back and hand rest portion PVC/hard rubber toea shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Canning shall be done after the painting of chair. |
