| 1 | Receiving complaints from JE incharge lodged by the user/occupants of electrification nature, rectification of the fault as per the compaint lodged by the user onward KWH meter in respect of main distribution board having switch board, fused, MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, point wiring fixture for light/fan /bell /light or power sockets, metal clad plug socket complete repair to the extend by removing connections from the system, removing faults in (surface /concealed) wiring/ circuits, sunken boxes, Junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs any type of utility light fittings, lamp holders, AC ceiling fan/exhaust fans and other connected fixtures of internal electrification including providing stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the height of 2 mtr, insulation tape, screws, nuts as per the site requirement to rectify the fault with regard to complaint lodged and refixing of fitting and fixture to their original position as dismentled complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge.Note : (i) Any complaint which is left out/unattendent 1 days by the electrician by any reasons the same to be communicated to the JE incharge /AGE E/M with reason.(ii) New material/stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separetely under relevent items of sch 'A'.(iii) Contractor shall provide the all type of T & P to each electrician for attending the internal electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register and complaint slip serially numbered in duplicate as per sample.If complaint received online the contractor should provide A4 size paper and printer for printing complaints. The rate of such items included in this items.(v) Any unattended complaints not done in specified time limit. The contractor shall penalty Rs. 200/- on each complaints per day is applicable.(vi) Two complaints will be treated as one complaint in same building/same Quarter on same day. |
