Hiring and operating multi-utility vehicle (for Head control room) of loading capacity one MT with sitting capacity of 4/6 persons, 4 strokes, 4 cylinder engine, factory-buildt metal body, cargo box type or passenegr cabin type or both (with 24 hours availabilty), including cost of fuel, lubricants, major/minor repairs, salary of driver, toll tax, all other tax complete, opertaion and maintenance in a month. The vehivle shall run on pucca, kutcha road and along the truck. Make: - Mahindra Bolero Pik-up, Mahindra Pik-Up, Mahindra Imperio, Tata Xenon Yodha, Ashok Leyland Dost Plus Pik-up or any other equivalent brand.

Temporary installation of pump set capacity 4000 L/H as per requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for dewatering the rain water from the waterlogged area complete in all respect with pump operator, security arrangement etc. and disposal of water up to surface drain.

Temporary installation of pump set capacity 4000 L/H as per requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for dewatering the rain water from the waterlogged area complete in all respect with pump operator, security arrangement and disposal of water up to surface drain. (stand by or non working period)Conditions :-1. The agency must deploy 7 no. of diesel pump (Ghitorni Water body, Rajokari Water Body, HRD Complex, E-2 Housing, E-1 & E-2 Road, E-2 Backside pond, D-6 housing) or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. All T&P shall be arranged by the contractor as per instructions by the Engineer-in-Charge and must be kept in the Zonal Flood control room. Labours deployed for the flood control room will pick T&P from Zonal flood control room and put back T&P in Zonal flood control room at the end of every shift till completion of work. 3. No. of days for hiring and operating of multi-utility vehicle may depend on the site requirements. Therefore, the no. of days for hiring & operating multi-utility vehicle may vary as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4. In case any, Challan from MCD/NGT/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be solely borne by the agency.5. During the pumping out of water from drain or water logged areas, if garbage/malba etc. found, same will be disposed by the agency to nearby dumping site or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6. The agency will deploy sufficient no of pumps for pumping out the water from waterlogged areas, failing which a token penalty of Rs 2000/- per day shall be imposed.7. The agency must arrange multi-utility vehicle and pumps within 2 hours of intimation failing to which a token penalty of Rs 6000/- per day shall be imposed. 8. In case of absence of any labour from duty, an amount of Rs 2000/- per labour/beldar per day will be recovered from the contractor's bill.
