Operation & Maintenance of LED street light (80-90 watt) including supply & replacing the damaged material like-LED,LED sheet,LED cell protector, Holder, integrated Driver, wire, cable etc.including labour charges etc. and maintenance of the panels and its parts like timer contractor, MCB, Isolator etc. complete in all respect. The terms and conditions are:- The fixture must be repaired within 3 days of fault, failing which two times of the maintenance charges payable for each fixture for the month shall be penalized & recovered from the agency. Contractor shall arrange at his own cost putting on and off the street light fixtures at appropriate time regularly as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. A register shall be maintained at RIICO office or Association office & any complaint lodged must be attended immediately under intimation to the Engineer-in-charge. All material used to repair the street lights must be ISI marked. Before making payment the contractor shall submit a performance certificate from president, industrial association. Payment shall be released on that basis only. Rate for maintenance of fixtures is per month including all materials, labour, equipment, scaffolding, Taxes, P.F., service tax etc. complete. Tenderer has to appoint skilled technician for maintenance of street lights and contractor will have to submit in writing the name of skilled technician (appointed by the contractor) along with his address, contact No. and qualification details. At the time of completion of the period tenderer has to hand over the system completely in order and working condition. Corporation shall not be responsible for any kind of accident during execution of work. Contractor will have to take all safety measures as specified in current Indian Electricity rules and insurance etc. No. of fixtures may vary in due course and payment shall be made accordingly for actual number of fixtures as per rates of contract.
