| 1 | Deploying 23 Nos of Unskilled manpower for below mentioned work-(Note: Each operation shall mean deploying 01(One) Un-Skilled manpower each day in a shift of 08 Hours.)a)SWEEPINGCarrying out sweeping and cleaning of all floor circulation areas at all elevations and roof sheets as defined in Annexure–I and Annexure–II, including main roads, branch roads, concrete-paved areas, and surrounding locations. The work includes cleaning of office rooms, tables, furniture, and collection and disposal of soil, cow dung, grease, packing materials, bushes, and scrap materials etc. and other debris around the defined areas. It also involves removal of papers, polythene bags, leaves, flowers, weeds, and all other waste materials from floors, roads, open areas, and building surroundings; sweeping using brooms; Cleaning of roof gutters and collecting all waste, dust, and debris, followed by segregation of waste into the provided waste bins at all elevations. The entire work shall be carried out using appropriate cleaning tools and materials as specified in Item No. 6, and executed in accordance with the detailed Scope of Work and the directions of the Engineer. Refer to the Scope of Work for details of Operation.b)MOPPING Carrying out the Mopping of all floors using moppers, clean cotton handloom or banian cloth dusters, till complete removal of dust, dirt, and stains. The work includes removal of spilled water using sponges, cleaning with brushes, application of liquid detergent, soap oil, removing liquid or cake soap, and phenyl, as required, to maintain the area in a neat, clean, and as far as possible, dust-free condition. All activities shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per the list of areas defined in Annexure–I and Annexure–II of the Scope of Work or as directed by Engineer. Refer to the Scope of Work for details of Operation. c)GENERAL CIVIL WORKS / HOUSEKEEPING WORKS Carrying out thorough monthly cleaning of all buildings and their surrounding areas, which includes removal of cobwebs at all elevations and cleaning of partition walls, fans, windows, glasses, filing racks, doors, and other fixtures; sweeping and mopping of floors, circulation areas, staircases, and corridors, including removal of dust, dirt, water spillage, and stains. The work also covers cleaning and wiping of handrails, light fittings, switchboards, and signage. Surrounding open areas, roads, and concrete paved surfaces from the buildings shall be cleaned, including collection and disposal of soil, grease, packing materials, bush cuttings, scrap materials, and other debris to the nearest dust bins. Additionally (as and when required), the work involves removal and disposal of dead animals, cleaning of water coolers and cleaning of water sumps and storage tanks including washing with soap solutions. All activities shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer, in accordance with the list of areas specified in Annexure I, II, and III of the Scope of Work or as directed by Engineer.d)ROAD CLEANING Cleaning and maintenance of all main and branch roads, footpaths, including removal of litter, leaves, bushes, flowers, polythene, weeds, and excess soil. The work involves collecting and transporting debris using appropriate tools such as long-handled brooms, spades, shovels, wheelbarrows, and dustpans, and depositing it at designated locations. All activities shall be carried out daily to ensure the areas remain clean, as directed by the Engineer and in accordance with Annexure -IV. Refer to the Scope of Work for Operation details.e)HOUSEKEEPING AND UPKEEPING OF OTHER AREAS Carrying out housekeeping and maintenance works in areas not covered under Annexure–I, II and III, including the cleaning of roads, pathways, and other open spaces as & when required, using approved tools, equipment, and materials in accordance with Item No. 6, and executed under the guidance and direction of the Engineer.f) GENERAL CIVIL WORKS / HOUSEKEEPING IN SUNDAYS / HOLIDAYS Carrying out general civil works and housekeeping on Sundays, holidays, and during public functions such as Women’s Day, Safety Day, etc., including rag picking in open and closed areas, sweeping, mopping, and other related cleaning activities, as and when required, and as directed by the Engineer.g)TOILET CLEANING HOUSEKEEPING WORKSCarrying out the cleaning and washing of toilet blocks, urinals, and shower areas twice daily as defined in Annexure–III. The work includes thorough cleaning of all water supply and sanitary fixtures, dado and skirting surfaces, and removal of blockages in nahani traps, gully traps, sanitary pipelines, chambers, and manholes; Removal of blockages of urinals and washbasins. Cleaning shall be performed using suitable tools, equipment, and cleaning agents such as phenol, acids, detergents, and bleaching powder, as specified in Item No. 6, under the direction of the Engineer, to ensure that all areas are maintained in a neat, hygienic, and clean condition. All activities shall be carried out as per the list of areas defined in Annexure–III of the Scope of Work. Refer to the Scope of Work for details of Operation.
