Jobs to be done: 1. Dismantling of both track chain and idler assly.2. Links and pad to be removed by using gas and gauging.3. Cleaning and surface preparation for old and serviceable chain link pad fitting, proper alignment and fitting of link chain pad. 4. Welding and securing the pads in place.5. Repairing of crack and welding on worn out portion circumference of partial idler assly.6. Hard facing on top layer of idler assly.7. Grinding and finishing of complete circumference of idler assly.8. New changing of seat, spring, plate guide and bolts of idler assly.9. Fitting of idler assly and track chain.10. Final assembling and testing.Material required:-DA cylinder-01 no, Oxygen cylinder-02 no, Gauging electrode-12 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-12 kg, steel electrode-10 kg, Hard facing electrode-11 kg, Grinding wheel-04 nos, Seat-06 nos, Spring-06 nos, Plate guide-02 nos, Boltrs for idler-04 nos, Bolts for pad-08 nos.Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
