| 3 | Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with an initial lead of 5 Km, laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface of the embankment in proper profile with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing & breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign matterials, debries, grasses, bushes, vegitations, shurbs, roots from transported earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm. in depthincluding watering and OMC compaction @ 95% density by Sheep foot roller, including construction of haul road, cost of hire & running charges of all materials, T & P, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F, additional charges cess, taxes etc. all complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer- in - charge ( Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section only & earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost & responsibility.) |
| 4 | Providing, spreading and consolidation of moorum with HRR including watering with all cost, conveyance, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges taxes and cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Providing gravel backing to revetment and approns using good quality of moorum and watering the same to plastic state with all leads, lifts and delifts, hire and running charges of all equipments with cost, carriage, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges & taxes of all materials and labour welfare cess with all labour, T&P, taxes etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 6 | Providing rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to proper profile using hard granite stones boulder other than granite not less than 0.0025 Cum(stacked) quarried and transported from approved quarry, free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones and jallies etc with cost of quarrying, conveyance, royalty DMF, EMF, additional charges and all other taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P, taxes required for the work with all leads, lifts and delifts, labour welfare cessetc complete in all respects as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. |
