Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type 25 ltr, BEE 5 star rated, rust proof shock resistant ABS outer body with steel inner tank and heating element of capacity 2 KW with PUF insulation designed to withstand 8 bar pressure complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, angle stop valve to geyser including necessary suitable size connection pipe and fixing arrangement by using suitable size MS bracket and bolt screw on wall and writing MES No and BLDG No on geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Make : Havell's model Valerio/ Racold model : Andris Lux/ Bajaj model : Calenta.Note : The colour pattern of geyser varies as per approved make and contractor shall submit the detailed catalouge as per specifications confirming to BEE norms for approval before commencement of work.

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) single core cabl;e FRLSH PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables 1100V grade drawn through PVC casing caping of suitable size, fixed to wall/ ceiling etc including 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) single core, common earth point including PVC casing caping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note : PVC casing caping, two run cables and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one length).
