| 23 | Cable trench formation of referred section and following points with scope of work including minor civil works like breaking of floor/walls, scaling of floor/wall openings, accessories like hardwares, clamps, etc as required for fixing arrangement. Any such item or work which although are not specifically indicated in the mentioned scope but are required for the completeness of the work as well as satisfactory operation of scheme are deemed to be included in the scope.* All RCC shall be of grade M25 unless noted otherwise* Lifting hook shall be provided in every tenth cover slab* Necessary openings shall be provided at appropriate locations to take out cables* For actual depth of trenches refere cable trench layout* FGL denotes finished ground level in cable trench layout* All cable trenches shall have slope of minimum 1:1000 in the direction of main run away* Earthing conductor 50x6 MS flat shall be welded to the cable supporting structure before installation of cable* All steel structures shall be painted with anti-corrosive paint over a coat of suitable primer before installtion of cables, earthing conductor shall be painted red* Construction joint shall be provided at 30m or as per the site requirement but not excedding 30m* All support angles shall be 50x50x6* Anchoring flat 75x6 shall be provided as each support angle point* Earthing conductor 'E' shall be provided on the top tier of each cable trench section* In case of expansive soil is encountered at founding level, it shall be removed to a minimum depth of 300 mm and shall be replaced by well compacted locally available C.N.S. material* All reinforcement steel bars shall conform to IS: 1786-1895 of grade Fe500* Only written dimensions in layout to be followed and all dimentions are in mm Cable trench (Section 1-1) |
