| 1 | Running operation and routine maintenance of Chiller Plant and its ancillaries i.e. condenser pump, cooling towers, AHUs etc. installed in 500 bedded hospital Dr. RPGMC Kangra at Tanda on day to day basis with qualified technician/operators round the clock in shifts for one month for routine maintenance i.e. attending to check the start and stopping of chiller, check oil levels, oil heater, refrigerant level, daily start and stopping of AHUs, checking of AHU filters with air blower/water, checking functioning of Hot water generator, checking functioning of chiller/condenser/cooling tower pump motors, checking their electrical panel and AHU starter panel etc. with suffiecient number of skilled technician/operators who technically know how to operate the chiller plant and its ancillaries as per the instructions & directions of the Engineer-in-charge as required complete in all respects. |
| 2 | The following services will have to be provided |
| 3 | Upkeeping fault finding, troubleshooting and maintaining all type of routine maintenance of 2 No.HVAC Chiller of 120 Tr capacity in perfect working order. |
| 4 | Maintenance and routine Operation of Air handling unit (AHU) , Fan Coil unit (FCU) and Ceiling suspended Unit (CSU) |
| 5 | Maintenance and routine Operation of Hot water Generator. |
| 6 | Maintenance and routine Operation of Condensor / Cooling tower primary and secondary pump motors. |
| 7 | Routine maintenance of Electrical Panel and starter panel etc. |
| 8 | Terms and Conditions:- |
| 9 | The agency shall have to provide services as required in schedule of work. |
| 10 | The services is required during normal working hours i.e. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM or as required. |
| 11 | The services have to be provided as per the directions of office-in-charge. |
| 12 | The agency shall have to pay /provided minimum wages / rest / holiday as per HP State Govt. labour norms applicable for daily paid workers. |
| 13 | Nothing extra shall have to pay / issued on account of liberies,T&P soap,duster etc. |
| 14 | The services are required temporarily and can be terminated at any time without assiging any reason. |
| 15 | Nothing extra shall have to paid for absent period. |
| 16 | Nothing extra shall be made on monthly basis. |
| 17 | The staff shall have to report daily to the concerned office-in-charge. |
| 18 | Period of service depends upon the requirement of work and can be increased /decreased / terminated without assigning any reason. |
