Drilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter Tube well by Air Rotary Drilling Rig Unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125 mm diameter in the suitably drilled borehole, as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up-to-date amendments.The work shall be carried out in all types of strata including soils, boulders, rocks, collapsible formations, saturated soils and other difficult geological conditions using suitable ODEX/DTH attachments, ensuring proper exploration of groundwater by tapping adequate aquifer zones.The item includes the cost of:Mobilization and shifting of drilling equipmentDrilling accessories, tools and bitsCasing shoeConsumables such as fuel and lubricantsSkilled and unskilled labourAny other incidental or unforeseen items necessary for completion of workThe work also includes development of the tubewell by backwash method using an air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements, until the well is fully developed in all respects.Lowering of casing assembly in the drilled borehole up to the desired depth, including welding of casing pipes at intervals of every 10 feet or as required. The casing pipe shall be slotted as per site requirement and as directed by the site engineer to ensure proper water entry from aquifer zones.The item includes:Providing and welding of suitable size casing shoe at the bottom of the first pipeProper alignment and lowering of casing assembly to the required depthCutting and slotting of casing pipe as per design and site conditionsCarriage of casing pipes from store to siteLoading, unloading and handling of pipes and allied materialsLabour, equipment and all incidental works necessary for proper completion of the jobThe work shall be completed in all respects as per specifications and directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 to 2.5 HP single phase DOL run,(Solar and Grid) submersible pump set of reputed make conforming to relevant IS/BIS/IEEE Code. The job includes erection of tripod stand and fixing of chain pulley block. Then lowering of column pipe as per the site requirement, submersible pump set suitable to the bore size of 125 mm, submersible cable with fixtures such as rope, clamp, nuts, bolts and washers. Fabrication and fitting of well cap. Providing, fitting and installation of single phase starter cum controller panel in sheet enclosure type of reputed make with canopy.
