Design, fabrication, supplying & installation of illuminated LED display board of approved dimensions with letters of minimum 2-inch thickness, suitable for mounting on an angle iron frame, as per the approved design and specifications.The signage frame shall be constructed from minimum 18-gauge MS welded structure using 50 mm × 25 mm MS pipe. Vertical and horizontal stiffeners shall be welded at regular intervals for structural strength. All sides of the frame shall be clad with 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), powder coated in the approved color.The lettering may be either raised (outer type) or flush (inner type), as specified:• Outer (Raised) Type Letters: Letters shall be laser cut from minimum 3 mm thick acrylic sheets and fixed from the inner side of the board using appropriate GI nuts, bolts, and washers.• Inner (Flush) Type Letters: Letters shall be laser or router cut into the ACP panel. A minimum 3 mm thick acrylic diffuser sheet shall be fixed internally behind the cut-out letters to ensure even illumination.The signage box shall be designed to prevent water ingress. All joints shall be properly sealed with waterproof silicone sealant to make the structure completely waterproof and dustproof.Each letter shall be illuminated using LED sign modules consisting of a minimum of three LEDs per module. The spacing between consecutive LED modules shall not exceed 25 mm (1 inch). Each LED module shall have a power rating between 1.2 and 1.5 watts and operate on a 12V DC supply. LEDs shall be arranged in two rows along the periphery of each letter to ensure uniform brightness. LED modules shall have a minimum IP-66 protection rating. The acrylic letters or inner diffuser assembly shall have minimum IP-65 protection. The LED driver/SMPS shall be mounted inside the board and shall have a minimum IP-66 rating. It shall operate on 180–240V AC, 50 Hz input and provide 12V DC output with a rated capacity of 400 watts. The signage board should be bilingual (Hindi and English) and should include the PWD/Satyamev Jayate Logo of approved size.
