Water bill prepration charges per bill/ per connection for quarterly billing cycle, providing/distributing the bills to the respective flat or plot allottees/owners within a week time of generation of bill i/c conveyance charges and other allied works etc. as a complete job. One time charges for master data entries or of extra water connection if not already provided Charges for duplicate bill printout (per print/ per entry).

Monthly charges for day to day work i.e. for entry of payment details, for providing facilities to the Consumers for making payment through BBPS mode (online), generating and printing of collection statement, Collection of water bill payment from DDA consumers through Cash, cheque and POS, preparing and printing of NOC from (BMS) software, preparing the list of pending/default payment, processing and printing the list of notices of arrear payment, duplicate bills, daily data backup and recompilation/reinstallation of software if required, carrying out other related miscellaneous work (minimum 1 person) (Rate should be quoted for one person / per month) and May I help you Desk, etc. Rate should be quoted for one person / per month).
