| 2 | Removing the old putty, caulking etc, cleaning all the timber joints, above water level, hull, deck, wheel house engine room top etc, as per requirement and where ever found necessary,doing fresh caulking, applying marine glue, all works as per standard practice wherever found necessary and as directed by the Engineer In Charge including cost of all labour charges, minor tools & plants sundries, but including cost of all materials required for the work , all labour charges minor tools etc., complete. |
| 3 | Preparing the hull portion planks for applying fiber compound and applying of fiber compound on the entire hull portion, engine room top, wheel house sides/ top and wherever found necessary and as instructed by EIC, including cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools and all materials required for the work, like fiber compound, fiber oil etc, complete. |

| 5 | Dismantling 'V'bracket & cutless bushes, wooden bushes, stern tube, propeller shaft, stuffing box etc. replacing the cutless bushes, wooden bushes, checking the alignment of propeller shaft, propeller, repairing/ replacing the shaft and propeller if required for coupling with new engine gear box, manufacturing the couplings, stern tube etc, refixing all the accosseries/new accessories with ssbolt/copper bolt, all in line and alignment, coupling the propeller shaft and intermediate shaft with gear box, checking the alignment,etc. including cost of all labour charges, lathe charges, cost of tools & plants, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of cutless bush, wooden bush, bolt & nut , propeller, propeller shaft, Intermediate shaft and couplings etc, complete. |
| 6 | Fabrication steering sector for rudder with 10mm thick M.S Plate, fixing stainless steel rudder shaft, Timber rudder, cast iron pullies,wooden steering wheel and reduction gear assy.
