Desilting or cleaning of existing effluent or storm water carrying drainage system (all types of section of drains) of Industrial area. The scope of work includes cleaning of drains, approaches and cross drainage works up to bed level of the drain or culvert or CD work complete in all respect to ensure the uninterrupted flow in the drainage system of Industrial Area. The work also includes the proper disposal of Sludge or Silt or Garbage etc. and transportation of the same with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal to a designated place, at its own level, outside the Industrial area with all lead and lift. The adjoining sides of the drain should be properly cleaned and dressed after removal of the Sludge or Silt or Garbage etc. Rate should be inclusive of all taxes, labour charges, transportation, etc. with all lead and lift, complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in-charge.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:, Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :, Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :, 20mm thick

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening & binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 404. Using Crusher Broken Aggregate.By Mechanical Means.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level., M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
