Taking down carefully old defective LT UG cables of any size, cable protection precast concrete covers /bricks from the trenches, and keeping the aside for reuse/disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying, jointing and testing only of LT underground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable, stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 V grade, 4 core 25 sq mm, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I), laid in trenches/walls/floors/ducts etc., fixed with saddles and clamps or drawn through pipes, including making necessary connections with suitable thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m deep for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWC high density polyethylene pipes having outer dia/ inner dia of size 110mm/ 95mm with all fittings/ coupler/ connecting accessories confirming to IS : 16098 Part-02 for cable protection fixed on poles/ walls/ laid under roads crossing etc., and made good the disturbed surfaces/area complete in all respects all as specified and directed
