| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance including any type mainteneance i.e preventive / scheduled and breakdown of passenger lifts 680 Kg, G+1 (Lift No. 3 of vintage 2002- 01 Nos near ICU at MH) (Make Escon Elevators) by topping up oil in gear box and railing, and greasing all required parts, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including checking tightening of all nut bolts electric connection, alignment of rope, greasing as required, also removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like main microprocessor card, main relay card, contactor, landing roller, brake shoe, Incentring roller, landing lock, car gate lock, door shoe, landing gate complete lock with roller, pick up cam, limit switch, read switch, VVF4 formator, air cord, landing/car door formator, formator belt, formator cam, door motor and any other parts of lift/machine including taking out old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time time time incl provn of suitable services for rescue operation services and Lift Technician services all as under:-Rescue Operation-One semi skilled lift attendent/Rescue operator for LIft no 1 to 8 in each shift (Total Three Shift in a day) Lift Technician-One Skilled Lift Technician for lift no 3,6,9 & 10 in each shift (Total Three Shift in a day)Note: Any UNSV Parts required to be replaced for serviceability of lift under this item shall be inform to JE priorly and Old UNSV parts will be deposit in MES store yard for taken charge on salvadge legder through demoltion certificate. Necessary recovery will be float from RAR for non deposit item retrieved as UNSV parts. |
