| 1 | Taking out old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size from existing poles at various locations of JAK LI RC parameter tree distribued area incl aluminium binding wires,jumpering,bindings, insulators cross arms, bracings, supports , clamps and back plate stay wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. |
| 2 | M & L for ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete incl aluminium binding wires,jumpering,bindings at insulators etc incl taking out old of old UNSV ACSR conductor of any size from exiting LT poles complete all as directed by Engr in charge. |
| 3 | Taking out old unserviceable steel tubular poles 9 mtr long and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and shifting of conductors and insulators etc incl painting the exposed portion of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and internally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Disconnecting the windings of loose overhead conductors of LT lines from insulators and restringing the same for proper sag and rewinding incl aluminium winding wires, tapes etc and jumpering for any type of conductor complete of single run conductor all as directed. Note: Triming of tree branches upto 3 mtrs from the conductor is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. |
| 5 | Supply and fix in replacement of insulator pin type porcelain vitereous , white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvinised washer and one GI nut 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as directed. |
| 6 | Supply and fix in replacement of insulator shackle type, porcelain, vitereous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washer and nuts for working pressure 1100 Volts height 100mm, dia 115mm, section of strap (31x5) mm dia of bolt 14 mm complete all as directed by Engr in charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fix in replacement of loop type insulator vitreous white,brown or green insulator small size,with over all dimensions 65 x 90 mm,clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as directed. |
| 8 | Taking out old UNSV and supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area for following sizes, including taking down old, complete, all as specified and directed . |
