Oil CI4- 10 L, V Belt AX-52 Cogged, AX-45 Cogged Belt, Coolant Additive 5 L Pack , Set Sealing Rings D2V12RC, Set Of Hoses- TBD2V6 RC, Set of Hose Clips- TBDV6, Set of Flex Fuel Pipes, Paper Insert Oil centrifuge, acid battery water and service charges, including battery replacement, if required & as per CPWD specification and CPCB - II Norms complete. | 5 | Providing Full Annual comprehensive maintenance of 33/ 0.4KV Sub-station incluiding 02 No X 1 MVA transformers- Periodic maintenance of Sub-station including cables, change of transformer oil, make-up oil & lubricant, grease, change of DO fuse, change of Oil filters, filteration of transformer oil, Bimetallic connector (HT & LT), Gasket 70 CR Type, HT/LT bushings set, LT/HT metal parts etc. and all other minor repairs within sub - station, main panel etc. complete. The material required for unforseen condition keep the electrical services in working condition shall be arranged by the contractor. NOTE- Work will be treated round the year for 1 (One) year. Total PART A: 571100.0 PART B: Operation of Diesel Generator Sets, Distribution Panels, 33/0.433 kVA Sub-station & Other Internal & External Electrical Works. Operation of 2 No. DG Sets, Panel Rooms, Distribution Panels and DBs etc. (including internal and external electrical related work) 33/0.433 kVA Sub-station cover up the time of 03 shifts per day every month per year as per the scope of work i.e.: emergency services. (Rate Analysis & Workers Abstract enclosed) One Skilled worker/ Operator & 1 Helper/ Semi-skilled worker (3 shifts: 08:00 to 16:00 Hrs & 16:00 to 24:00 Hrs & 00:00 Hrs to 08:00 Hrs) are needed.(Labour Rates as per Reference: MP Labour Comission Office, Indore letter no. 1/ 11/ अन्वे/ पांच / 2024/ 24861, Indore, dated: 01.10.2025, Rate effective from 01.10.2025) (12 months = 1 year) For Working Days |
