| 1 | Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers wherever required including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material suitably as directed by engineer in charge with in all leads & lifts including restoration surfaces to its original condition & including cost of fixing caution boards, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 6 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3: Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate including boulders up to 80 mm size with maximum limit of 15 %) curing complete excluding the cost of form work of minimum M-15 grade in foundations and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing in position impregenated fiber board conforming to IS : 1838 including cost of primer, sealing compound grade-A in expansion joint within all within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm.so as to give a fair finish in-clouding centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling exceeding up-to any height and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- |

| 12 | Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6. 15 cm x 15 cm mesh. The size of crate 1.25x1.25x1.25 metre complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge. |

| 14 | Providing, laying, jointing & testing of M.S.E.R.W. Pipe 300mm dia( ZINC COATED) duly flanged every pipe conforming to IS:3183-2012 (latest with up to date amendments) of steel grade L-210 having wall thickness 4.80mm including the cost of specials such as tail pieces reducer, tees and bends of required degree. Test pressure 5MPA required length of pipe is 4 - 6 mtrs. The M.S. flange to be conforming to table-5, of IS: 6392 - 1971. The welding should be done in two layers on both the faces to make the joints leak proof conforming to IS: 816-1965 with electrode conforming to IS: 814-1967 including the cost of required nos & size of M.S. nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1369 -1971 and asbestos fiber jointing gasket ( compressed ) sheet not be less than 3mm in thickness conforming to IS:2712 -1985. The laying of pipe should be conformed to IS:5822 - 1994 pipe should be provided with Anticorrosive galvanizing treatment. | 15 | Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice Valve 300mm dia of Kirloskar/Leader make for water works purpose class PN 1.00 complete as per IS : 14846-2000 (latest with up-to-date amendments) The nominal seat pressure of 10.20Kg/Cm² complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. |
