Providing and Fixing of Online Continuous Effluent Quality Monitoring System (OCEMS) for measuring BOD, COD, TSS, pH and DO at the outlet of STP with the following technical specifications:-* Measuring Range of pH:- 2–12 at least considering the wastewater environment (sensor designed for wastewater application)* Accuracy of pH: ±0.2 pH* Calibration of pH:- Calibration with 4 and 7 buffer accuracy ( 2-point calibration) and Buffer should be technical buffer* MOC of pH probe: Stainless Steel or better (Electrode Should have protection for the electrode)* Measuring Range:-TSS, COD, BOD:- COD: 0–800 mg/l OD: 0–500mg/l TSS: 0–900 mg/l* Measurement Principle:-Measurement of full-wave length spectra (UV-VIS Spectrometry) from 200–720 nm, as per CPCB Guidelines.Note:-UV-VIS spectrophotometer with singe beam or using a single beam or using a single wavelength (I.e 254 mm),dual wavelength, eight wavelength or few wavelength bands to estimate COD/BOD values will not be acceptable as per the CPCB Guidelines *Accuracy of TSS ,COD ,BOD : Accuracy in Standard Solutions +/- 5% of the measured value lab results* Calibration TSS ,COD,BOD: Multipoint Calibration (24 points calibration as per latest CPCB SOP Version 1.0,page no.4)* MOC of TSS,COD, BOD probe: The MOC of Sensor Probe must be of Titanium Material with window of Sapphire Glass to Sustain the sensor in highly corrosive wastewater Environment * Measurement :Must be direct in-situ measurement in outlet of waste water treatment plant* Inbuilt Cleaning:- The sebsor must be preferably with efficient integated ultrsonic facility or any other chemical free cleaning. all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
