| 3 | Dismantling and removal of existing Galvanized Iron (GI) roof rainwater gutter and connected rainwater downpipes, installed at a height of approximately 20 to 25 meters from ground level including all associated accessories such as fittings, bends, tees, clamps, brackets, fasteners, support hangers, and downpipe connections. The work includes safe dismantling, lowering, and disposal of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.ANDSupply, Providing, Fabricating and Erecting Hot Dipped Galvanised \\"Rain Water Gutters' using 3.15 mm thick mild sheets including all accessories, connections sleeves for connecting rain water pipes to Gutters placed at roof along all valleys of Buildings including site seal welding at all Joints to make water tight. Thickness of galvanized coating shall not be less than 50 microns, etc. Size of Gutter 300+350+400=1050mm (ANNEXURE-A)Note:- The rate shall includes;1. All material required, labour, tools, equipment, and compliance with all applicable safety norms.2. Manlifter for working at required height with safe working load of men & material.3. Rate includes all the necessary coordination of traffic & civic authorities shall be done by contractor.4. | 7 | Providing, erecting, maintaining, and dismantling of bamboo scaffolding up to a working height of 25 meters, strictly for access to roof-level areas required for the dismantling and removal of existing G.I. rainwater gutters and the installation of new roof gutters. The scaffolding shall be constructed using well-seasoned, straight, anddefect-free bamboo poles, securely tied with coir rope, jute, or approved synthetic rope with proper lashing and knotting techniques to ensure structural stability. The system shall include adequate cross and diagonal bracing, ties to the building for support, access ladders, working platforms made of closely spaced bamboo or timber planks, guardrails at 1.0m height, mid-rails, and toe boards of minimum 150mm height to ensure safety. All components must comply with IS3696 Part 1 and applicable local safety regulations. The scopeincludes transportation of materials, erection, on-site supervision, regular maintenance, and safe dismantling after work completion.
