| 3 | Providing and Fixing of FR grade gattone 9mm thick non wooven composite panel by using 12mm thick BWR PLY. GI frame work of 48mm GI Studs using 0.5mm thick and stud channels at 610mm x610mm, 0.5mm thick, fixed with MS angle cleats 1220x610mm centers to wall by using metal fasteners, backed with 24 SWG x 12.5mm GI Chicken Wire Mesh as per detailed drawing. The frame work to be filled with non wooven polyster wedding of 50mm thick of 500gsm. After that install the 12mm BWR Ply with help of gypsum screw as per requirement. And fixing of Panel with help of adhesive. Fire Retardant as per ASTM- E84. The product is light weight, with a density of 218 kg/m3. No odor, Formaldehyde free and a smoke development index of 300 by ASTM –E84. | 4 | Providing & fixing of phlexi loop pile 800gsm carpet free from toxic materials, environmentally safeand hygienic, made with premium brand Polycarbonate or Nylon 100% recyclable, fire resistant, odorless, easy washable with soap and water, Stain smart soil protection, fade resistant, abrasion resistance, resist to soiling, crushing, breaking strength, distortion, elongation’s loop strength, performing against flame spread, wear & tear and color fastness when it is exposed to atmospheric changes, built in antimicrobial treatment. Carpet to be with anti slip Polycarbonate .Carpet to meet PAR (Performance Assessment Rating)by walk tested to determine the most accurate assessment of its expected durability and ARR (Appearance retention rating ). The higher the rating the better the expected performance Carpets to meet TARR (Texture Appearance Retention Rating) to test carpet’s ability to retain the tuft’s original shape and orientation and, in the case of cut-pile constructions, not bloom, burst, or loose twist excessively. Higher pile density effects the look of carpet and durability, more comfort underfoot, improves resistance to crushing and matting. Rate shall be inclusive of installation by using low VOC content adhesive or approved make and covering with protective sheet. (As per Quotation attached) |

In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.. | 12 | Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
