| 8 | 25mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762mm X 25mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1mm ± 0.3mm. PVC foam end cap of size 23x10mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25mm. An M.S. tube having dimensions 19mm x 19mm is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25mm X 11mm.
