Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Generating set comprising of diesel enaine liauid cooled (latest CPCB - IV+ norms compliance) and alternator of capacity not less than 100 KVA, 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 HZ, 0.8 power factor at 1500 RPM, both coupled and aligned on a common base frame complete with standard accessories like MS fuel tank AVM pads fitted on common base frame Control panel and outdoor type AMF panel mounted on common trolley (DG + AMF) with digital measurement devices, along with acoustic enclosures conforming to latest IS 10002, ISO - 3046, BS 5514 and complete in all respects including lubricant oil filled in engine, DG Set Manual and cold start kit suitable for (-15 degree celsius) temperature.Prime Mover:- Prime mover suitable for driving alternator 100 KVA capacity having not less than 130 BHP at 1500 RPM for rated output for alternator in accordance with latest BE/IS specifications with electric starting device with all standard fittings and 1 Nos batteries of 12 volt 100 AH or equivalent with battery charger built in AMF panel with one set of connecting leads of 35 sqmm size copper cable. Engine over speed safety mechanism shall be incorporated.The DG Set should alsc comprise remote monitoring system for tracking genset health,operation parameters,genset utilisation and live performance tracking. The Engine shall be equippedENGINE INSTRUMENT AMF PANEL:- All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel thereby providing easy monitoring of lubricating oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging ammeter, RPM, Hour meter and starting switch etc including 4 Nos GI Strip size of 25x4mm complete for DG set at site. The auto start and auto stop panel consisting of line voltage monitoring 24 volts 10 amps battery charger.FUEL TANK:- The 100 Itr capacity with inlet and outlet arrangement, air vent and drain plug arrangement.

M&L and fabrication of trolley to accomodate 100 KVA DG Set with having sufficient space all around the DG Set comprisina of 04 wheel of size 7.50x16, toeing hook,triangular draw bar detachable type made of MS Channel 100x50 mm, spring loaded steel towing hook of 36mm around turn table made of heavy duty thick plate with ball bearing,manual locking brake system with suitable leaf spring,manual slid and landing jack with pin lock fitted on all four corners complete with spray painting having carrying capacity 05 to 06 ton for mounting 100 KVA DG Set . Trolley should comprise of 04 Nos of Earthing spike with 2.5 sqmm copper cable of length 10 metre each along with hammer. Note:- The trolley should be such designed that there is proper space for holding LT Cable and trolley can be moved to and fro in any direction.

Supply, lay, connect test and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC tape inner sheathed, armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 70 Samm 3.5 Core confirming to IS:7098 Part-I laid in cable drum mounted on trolley complete including lugs all as directed.
