| 2 | Note for Sl item No 1.00:-1) The ACs are to be installed in Server rooms equipped with many sophisticated electronic equipments. The rooms are located in different units of MIC&S. Shutdown/ work time permission shall be obtained from the office before starting the work. The contractor shall required to pause the work and resume as per site requirements and complete shut down of the equipments will not be permitted. 2) Due care shall be ensured during the installation work. The wall and floor to be covered with protective sheets to prevent scratches and damages. Dust and debris to be removed properly with vacuum cleaner after completion of work. After work, wall/ panels to be repaired/ replaced and to be match with existing surfaces.3) The entire work shall be carried out in presence of a qualified supervisor.The Contractor shall visit the site before bidding to check and understand the site feasibilty. No claim shall be entertained on this account after quoting of the tender. |
