Note:- Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover.2. Charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate inside earth pit . On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance is not achieved , the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth values less than 2 ohms. |

(iii) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 mm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old sized bricks, renderung 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 1.25 meter above the nearest ground level. |
| 34 | Supply of Manufacturer or OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Diesel Engine driven generating set LIQUID COOLED capable of delivering 20 KVA ,or nearest higher rating 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternator, and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB approved Acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms and as specified) with , fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise of the following: - (a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER): Diesel engine 1500 RPM, of suitable HP as recommended by manufacturer liquid cooled, 12 volts DC electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauges, water temp gauge, and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc. (b) ALTERNATOR : AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613 / 5000, 3 phase , 415 volts, 4 wire for output PF 0.8, at 1500 RPM, insulation class ‘H’; Enclosure IP 23 / TEFC complete with AVR with + 1 % voltage regulation, directly coupled to and match the above engine. ( c) DG set shall be CPCB IV+ Norms compliance developing 25.5 BHP @ 1500 RPM Directly coupled with 20 kVA Alternator rated at 3 Phase 415 Volts ,50 Hz and 0.8 p.f. both mounted and Aligned on Common Base Frame complete with inbuilt MS Fuel Tank, Exhaust Silencer, AVM pads fitted on Base Frame 1 No's Battery of suitable capacity for 12 Volts Operating System, and Integrated Manual Panel with feature of Auto Start and Auto stop all housed in Acoustic Enclosure.
