Repair of DC power supply/electronic module make BHEL 6EV2200-5DC by replacing their worn-out components and restoring required input/output voltages (380volt, 440volt/15volt, 24volt) and repairs shall be carried out in accordance with standards and as per industry best practices.(i) Post-repair inspection, calibration, and functional verification shall be conducted to confirm performance at contractor workshop.(ii) Comprehensive testing shall be performed to ensure stable and reliable operation under load conditions. thereafter Successful testing and trial at Thirot power-house. (iii) All safety checks shall be ensured prior to commissioning at site. Necessary installation checks, including proper connections and earthing, shall be carried out before energization. Final acceptance shall be subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the concerned authority after successful commissioning at site.

Repair of AVR card/electronic module (BHEL PC02000191) including control and firing circuits of by replacing worn-out components, as per industry standards and best practices.(i) Post-repair inspection, calibration, and functional verification will be done at the contractor's workshop.(ii) Comprehensive testing will ensure stable and reliable operation under load, followed by successful testing and trial at Thirot power-house. (iii) All safety checks will be completed before commissioning. Proper installation, connections and earthing, will be verified prior to energization.
