Repairs & overhauling of 9 MLD Capacity wilo Mather & platt make vertical turbine pump (Model CNE-4AC-3 stage) having discharge of 375m3 /hr and head 74.60 mtrs, work includes cable termination,decoupling and dismantling of motor from the pump and keeping it safe aside. Dismantling of motor mounted stool, trust bearing housing,column pipes, transmission shafts and bowl assembly carefully without creating damage to the components of the pump at site. Hot shrunk sleeve and spider bearing removing straightening of shafts, bowl and bell mouth ring removal,balancing & machininhof impellers and refitting at work shop. After overhauling the pump, pump & motor has to be refetted at the same position with electrical connections,making perfect alignment and commissioning of the pump set at site. The cost is inclusive of cleaning and applying two coats of enamel paint for bowl assembly and column pipes and consumable like gland packing, Rubber packing and grease.cotton waste,cleaning material etc.
