| 1 | Annual maintenance contract (AMC) for 2 nos. KOEL make 380 KVA Diesel Generator sets (Model No:- DV8TA G2 & Engine Serial No:- DV8.8201/1520089 & DV8.8201/1520099) & 01 no. KOEL make 82.5 KVA DG set (Model No:- 4K1080TA G2 & Engine Serial No:- 4H.8901/1620148) considering 04 schedule visit + 2 breakdown visit for 1 (one) year for undergoing periodical maintenance/checks for smooth functionning of the said DGs including checking fuel, cooling, lubricating oil, air, exhaust and electrical systems; Lubricating oil level and condition (top-up/replace if required); water/coolant level and condition (top-up/replace if required); Air restriction, change Air cleaner element as required; Fuel level and sedimentation in fuel tank, Drain/replace water separator accordingly; To determine the colour of exhaust gases and recommend the action required; Check for any lekage from the systems; Check for any loose fasteners, Tighten accordingly; Electrolyte level in the battery (top-up if required); Tightness of all battery connections, Tighten accordingly; Tension and condition of belt, (tighten/replace as required); Free flow of cooling air through radiator; All instruments, Gauges and Relays functionality; Check visually for any vibrations; Check for any abnormal sound; Check and record all parameters. |
