Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery.Operation and service manual, spares and tools shall be provided. . 7.Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure. Fuel connection shall be done as per standards.7. Battery. Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. 8. Automatic Battery charger. Push button switch for ON/OFF - 1 set. Metallic DNB - 1No Solid state phase indication lamp for supply ON/OFF with HRC protection Supply of HSD for load test run, The standard Electric control panel integrated with acoustic enclosure comprising of the following. a) 125A,30/35KA,(63-80A rating) 4Pole MCCB having adjustable setting, b) Digital Multi function meter with accuracy class 1 to read parameters such as KW, KVA, PF, voltage, Current Frequency,Runing hour counter etc: c) Digital type single function KWH meter with accuracy class 1, d) LED type phase indication Lamp for indicating the presence of supply on all phases,10.Exhaust Piping ,Exhaust Piping shall be vent to the top of the nearest tallest building if required . If the pipe cannot be clamped/fixed to the building or any other structure of permanent nature necessary fabricated structures usingchannel section or angle iron sections of adequate mechanical strength, duly painted with 2 coats of Heat retardant aluminium paint shall be provided for the support of the exhaust pipe. (Additional piping will be measured excluding the standard length of pipe supplied by the manufacturer.),The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. Block load testing shall also be conducted. Droop characteristics shall also be tested and adjusted for enabling parallel operation. The load required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at his own expenses.The DG shall be guaranteed for 3 years from the date of commissioning .Any of the spares /components which are found to be defective during this period shall be replaced immediately free of cost |
