Front legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section throughout up to 460mm high. Rear legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section and 890mm high. The distance between outer side of legs in front shall be 440mm and the distance between outer side of legs in the rear shall be 405mm. The legs shall be joined with front sides and rear rails made to shape out of 30mm x 65mm in section. Two side stiffener in short sides shall be provided of 20mm x 25mm in section. One stiffener of 20mm x 25mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners. Back horizontal rests, two in numbers, of 45mm x 15mm made slightly curved in shape out of 45mm x 35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18mm below the top of rear legs and other below 45mm from the bottom of top horizontal rail. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round gola type of shah or premier brand and woven in Godrej pattern. The cane shall weigh not less than 6gms per ten running metre. Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and tow small one seat pieces. The sofa set to seat four shall consist of four numbers of one seat pieces. Description : All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP). Legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Description : All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP) except top and right hand side drawer with cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mm x 55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mm x 5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion visible when placed in position. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with exterior grade. Teak wood top rails 25mm x 50mm in section shall be provided as shown on drawing. Top of table shall be fixed with 50mm long screws from underside of top rails. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided at round the top edges of the table. Two short stiffeners of teak wood with 25mm x 50mm in section shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener of teak wood between short stiffeners 25mm x 50mm in section shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs Sides of box wich house the drawer and cabinet shall be of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade. A shelf of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade shall be fixed over teak wood bearrs of section 25mm x 20mm. Teak wood bearers of section 25mm x 20mm shall be provided between drawer and cabinet towards the front of drawer and cabinet. Teak wood bearers of seciton 25mmx20mm shall be provided a bottom of drawer so that the drawer shall run smoothly over the bearers sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6mm thick plywood BWR grade. The back of box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be of 6mm thick plywood one side teak face with BWR Grade. 25mmx 20mm in section teak wood stopper shall be provided at the back of box for the drawer. 6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Front of drawer and shutter shall be of 18mm thck particle board with teak face on one side and other commercial 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the front of drawer and front of shutter of cabinet. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano typecontinuous hinges. All fitting shall be provided to drawer and shutter as per drawing. Locks shall be provided to drawer and shutter.
