Note: The following notes shall be applicable for all the Items where ever specified that the work is to be carried out through \\"authorised applicator\\" and the rate quoted by the Contractor shall be deemed to be included for the following provisions and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account 1.The work shall be executed from the authorized applicator of one of the following manufacturer:- (a) Berger Paints,(b) Shalimar Paints (c) Asian Paints 2. Material shall be approved by GE3. A triparty MOU in between the Manufacturer, applicator and the contractor shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of the work at site. |

| 24 | M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm , including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces of roof as water proofing treatment in CM 1:4 and incl taking/removing existing tar felt treatment of any description from RCC roof slab, terrace etc complete all as specified and as directed . |
