Repair/Servicing of 400 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Stabilizer dismantled from DRDO lying near old drug store at GMCH, Jammu by way of lifting of 400KVA AVR with the help of Hydra Crane, carriage and shifting it to the factory for complete servicing and repair to make it functional. The job involves draining out of Transformer oil and storing it properly in barrels. Dismantling of servo by unfastening nut bolts of top cover there by extracting out the coils along with core by mean of chain pulley block and tripod stand and repairing of damaged/worn-out parts & replacement of 01 no.damaged Dimmer coil. Job also includes replacement of control cards 2 nos, synchronous motors 2 nos, Limit switches, moving arm finger assy. 3nos with carbon brushes and holders with bushes, repair/replacement of Voltmeter, Ammeter 3nos, motor gear 02nos, torque Gear-01 nos. and phase indicators set with changing of panel wiring and internal wiring etc. Lubrication of all the gear of servo motor, servicing of oil chamber by checking of leakage and plugging if any by way of welding and applying adhesive to make it to leak proof. Assembling of stabilizer, filling of fresh servo-oil upto required level (450 liters) and topping up with reprocessing/de-hydrated old servo-oil so that all coils were fully immersed in the oil then making connection of voltage stabilizer input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes replacing of damaged internal control wiring, repairs to internal wiring, providing and fitting of all the incoming and outgoing connection plates with copper terminals, cleaning and tightening of all contact by using sand paper and then charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours and then testing the stabilizer on full load. Job included shifting back Servo at site and installation thereof.Complete job comprises of cost of material and labour charges, loading, unloading and transportation and Crane hire charges, reinstalling, tools and tackles and other unforeseen material for execution of job and taxes thereof.

Construction of PCC Foundation (1:1½:3) near 500KVA DG Set of Chopra Nursing Home for installation of 400KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Stabilizer of size (4′-0″x 4′-0″-3′-0″). The complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the completion of job and all taxes. Complete job as per site requirement.

Providing and laying of chemical earthing for 400 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Stabilizer installed in front of Col. Chopra Nursing Home near of GMCH Jammu by way of excavating of the pit of size 3ftx3ftx10ft deep adjacent to 500 KVA DG set with the help of manual labour and shifting of malba to the safer place. Providing and fixing of earthing electrode of 60mm dia. 01 no. in the excavated pit after properly filling of the pit with 2 bags of backfill compound chemical and then filling of the remaining portion of the pit with soil. Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 01 inch wide from electrode to the AVR. The Job also includes cost of material, charges of installation, transportation charges of material to the site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof.
