| 1 | Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty Five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (Twenty newton per Square milimetres) with cement contents not less than 400 kg (Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre to give a smooth surfaces mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts and the like mass concrete complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 3 | Providing Tor steel steel reinforcement of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of Tata Tiscon / Sail for Reinforced concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including the cost of binding wires complete upto all floor level and as per HPPWD specifications, approved Drawing,design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 4 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Columns, pillars, posts and struts, (square, rectangular or polygonal in plan) in any height/thickness/depth up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 5 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintels upto any depth/thickness up to all floor level, including carriage materials of within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 6 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, heights of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, and the like floor, etc. up to any thickness, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 7 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in stairs cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding, landing, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 8 | Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, composed of beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats and connecting plates or angle cleats etc. as in trusses and trussed purlins, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. | 9 | Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesseries as required as per HPPWD specifications or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
