ITEM No.4: Royalty charges for supply of Sand, Rubble, Murum, Soil, 60mm./40mm. metal (Hand broken) as per The Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No.146 Dt. 04 June 2021 States that the Royalty charges of Rs. 600/- Per Brass (i.e. Rs.211.95 /cum.) are to be considered. The surcharge levied on Royalty shall also be payable to the contractor in following manner. Royalty charges on all minor minerals do not form part of Rate Abstract and shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof to that effect. The Superintending Engineer, PWD may modify and circulate Royalty charges in case of any modifications are made by Govt. of Maharashtra.
