Art painting work on walls situated different places in Municipal Area Banera with Three coat of water proof putty of approved brand after duly rubbing the surface to make the surface even and smooth. The work includes one coat of exterior primer of approved brand and three or more coat of exterior plastic emulasion paint of approved brand over the prepared surface. over this rajasthani art painting work to be done as per direction & design pattern approved by Engineer incharge. the work includes the cost of all centering & shuttering scaffolding and cleaning the site properly after Completion of work, the work also includes the cost of all material. man power, stencils etc. required for Art Painting.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
