Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 M height, above ground level, including additional row of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system withM.S.tube, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required if feasible, for inspection of work at required location with essential safety feature for the workmen etc. complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
