Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design) control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity 500 KVA complete all as specified and/ or as directed by the Engr-in-charge.(a) DIESEL ENGINE : 12 cylinders, water cooled, turbo charged, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions for Leh (Height upto 11483 Ft) conforming to IS -4722, BS-5000, IEC-34/1, ISO 8528, BS-5514, ISO-3046 for 12 Hrs of continuous operation including 01 hour operation at 10% overload as per Kirloskar or equivalent in Greaves Cotton/Cummins complete with the following accessories:-(i) Radiator with blower fan with guard.(ii) Pipe coupling for cooling system. (iii) Coolant inhibitor. (iv) Filters for fuel/lube oil.(v) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel suitable for alternator.(vi) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing.(vii) Shut off coil protection with safeties for LLOP /HWT/ Over speed/high and low DC voltage.(viii) Dry type heavy duty replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator and vacuum indicators.(ix) Residential silencers.(x) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows.(xi) Motor driven priming pump.(xii) Electric starter motor.(xiii) Battery charging alternator. (xiv) Exhaust piping made out of \\"C\\" class MS Pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary support as per manufacturer’s recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of Aluminium of suitable size for capacity 1200 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as specified and/ or as directed by the Engr-in-charge including following accessories:-(a) ACB 4P 800 Amps Cap 4 Pole -1 No for (I/C). (b) Change over switch open execution type 800 Amp 4 pole - 01 No . (c) MCCB 400 Amp cap 3 pole 36 KA 415 Volts - 1 No. (d) MCCB 250 Amp cap 3 pole 36 KA 415 Volts - 3 Nos. (e) MCCB 125 Amps Cap 3 Pole 25 KA 415 Volts - 01 No. (f) Digital Volt meter with selector switch (0-500V) - 02 Set. (g) Digital Amp meter with selector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Sets. (h) LED indicating lamp - 02 Sets. Note : (i) The Make of Change over and MCCB considered are Havells/Standard/Indo Asian/HPL.(ii) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wirinng/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Change over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The design of Panel, make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel should be submitted by the contractor for pre-approval from the Engr-in-Charge before order and execution at site.
