Tender For Repairing Or Fabrication Of The Inner Portion Of Operator Cabin And Reconditioning Of Wiring And Light Fitting Of Pnh 3 Shovel Of Khadia Project.
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.1. Removal of old scrap material of cabin. 2. Cleaning of wall and roof. 3. Repairing/fabrication of operator cabin. 4. Fitting of heat insulation of roof and wall 5. Replacement of heavy duty door lock 6. Removal of old wiring, switches and load point. 7. Layout of PVC wire from JN to load point 8. Fixing of load point and switch board. 9. Connection of wire from switchboard to JN point and load point. 10. Measurement of the inner portion of operator cabin: (i) RHS Wall- 6'x8'= 48 sqft (ii) LHS wall- 4'x8' = 32 sqft ( iii) Back wall 6'x9'= 54 sqft (iv) Roof area = 6'x9'= 54 sqft (v) Floor mat= 6'x9'= 54 sqft Maximum deployment of for the above scope of work will be 1. Skilled for 16 nos. of manshifts, 2. Semi-Skilled for 10 nos. of manshift & 3. Un-Skilled for 17 nos. of manshifts.
